Speed Training
We will improve your running mechanics, power, rhythm, first step quickness, acceleration, top-end running form, endurance , and more. We will get you faster!
Position Training
We will Improve overall athleticism & Fundamentals such as Press coverage, getting in & out of breaks, deceleration, footwork, ball skills, Route Running, tackling, and much more. While Improving These Traits, we Teach Our Athletes How To Pair It With Learning different Concepts/Schemes/Coverages. We believe the most explosive/efficient athlete will Be Able To Have unconscious competence. Which allows Them To Play With Confidence & freedom To Be Playmakers & Slow The Game Down. Ultimately, Getting “Gold Feet Certified”. Able To Translate Training Directly To The Game
Skill Training
Improving athleticism to directly transfer over to our athletes’ movements that will be used during the game specific situations. This includes: motor skills such as foot speed, power, quickness, body control, hand-eye coordination, ball skills, and more.
IQ training
The mental aspect of sports is as important as the physical aspect. We will provide the information necessary to improve our athletes’ IQ. This will give the athletes an understanding of what will be taught to them at the next level, such as their ability to know what to do in different scenarios. Preparing Their Emotional Intelligence To Overcome Adversity on & Off The Field.
Competition
The main focus for training is to directly translate all fundamentals, skills, techniques, mental focus, and more to live gameplay. After building the athlete’s athleticism and iq, we use competition to get a gauge on their progression. The most important training is being able to make decisions on the move & react to an outside stimulus. There will be wins to build confidence, as well as losses to learn from.

( More Geared Towards Sports That Require Change Of Direction. All Genders Are Welcome. This Is A Acceleration/Footwork/Agility/Football Fundamental & Competition Session. Sports Such As Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis Can Leave When The Football Competition Starts. Usually The Last 30 Minutes.)
